book a consult

We're different than most florists. Our design process starts immediately after booking with us! Approximately 60-90 days prior to your wedding, you'll receive a floral design board. The design board will highlight your selected blooms, style inspiration, and overall color palette to provide you with a true feel for how your floral arrangements will come together. Don't like a specific flower? We're happy to swap! We do our best to source every flower we highlight on our design board, and we love for you to be a part of the process.

At SaraYoung Weddings & Events, we believe in providing fresh, luxury wedding florals. We love all floral styles, whether you envision a loose, garden style bouquet or a traditional round arrangement. We understand (and know) each wedding is unique. We are more than happy to provide you with a custom package that fits your needs. Let's get started!

01. Consult & Booking

Thank you for inquiring! Let's chat about your floral vision for your special day.

We offer free consultations through a phone or Zoom call. During your initial consultation, we will chat about where you are in the wedding planning process and what you envision for your special day. This is the perfect time for us to learn about YOU and clarify any questions you have about us.

AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION:
We will send you a proposal within 48-72 hours that highlight the vision we discussed, as well as an estimated costs for services. If you approve, we will send you a CONTRACT.

**Reminder: please note that in order to complete your booking, we must have your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

Welcome to the SaraYoung Weddings & Events family! You're officially on our calendar, and we are SO excited to work with you on your wedding day.

Approximately 2-3 months before your wedding, we will send you a floral design board. The intent of the mood board is to capture the overall aesthetics of your florals, including the color palette, textures, and features of the design.

The design board includes flowers we are thinking about using in your arrangements, as well as a description about the specifics of each design -- such as shape, colors, textures, and overall look of the arrangement.

It is important to note that due to the nature of the industry, flower substitutions are subject to our discretion. We also do not replicate inspiration photos. These images are simply for reference in color, shape, and overall design.

02. Design

Congratulations! It's your WEDDING DAY and your flowers are on the way! As wedding and event florists, we purchase flowers in bulk and at wholesale for your special day. Since we do not own a retail shop, every stem belongs to you. Extra stems mean:
  • fluffier arrangements
  • pretty greenery for signage
  • flowers for other spaces around the venue like dessert, welcome, and gifts tables

Your wedding week looks like this:
  • Monday & Tuesday: flowers arrive for prep and processing
  • Wednesday & Thursday: designing begins with centerpieces and other reception pieces
  • Friday: creation of personal flowers and ceremony arrangements
  • Saturday & Sunday: wedding day! Time to deliver, setup, and transform your space
